Watch Out She's going to be MOBILE

Preslie is working on crawling she just can't wait to be big enough to follow her big sister around. I am torn I realy like that I can leave her in the living room and I know she'll be there when I get back. Yet I think she'd be a happy girl if she could get around. It's coming I know here shortly she'll be all over the place. My how fast she's GROWN.

Goin To The ZOO, ZOO, ZOO

For Memorial Day weekend we head to Salt Lake City to go to the Hogel Zoo! For our family this was a very big deal I can count the number of times on one hand that Ryan and I have been to Utah since we've been married. I was very excited to take the girls to the zoo and to get out of Idaho! We had a very nice weekend. I finally made it to IKEA!!! Ryan was so impressed he couldn't stand himself. Lexie loved swimming in the pool at the hotel, and the zoo was fun too. She really loved the carousel horses she could have stayed there all day.

Dress Up

Lexie LOVES it when I pull out the clothes totes for the seasonal rotation of clothing. She is SO MUCH HELP!!! She just can't wait to see what she can find. Here is one of her outfits that she put together. She thought she was just so stickin cute (I must say I thought so to!)

Preslies 6 Month CheckUp

Thats right can you believe it Preslie zoomed right past the first 6 months of her life and had to go back into the Doctors to get some more shots! I think she remembered it from the time before because she sure was upset about being there. She is growing like a weed and developing right on track. We love her sweet easy going personality and the way she giggles at the tinyest things. She puts up with her older sisters harrasement really well, and I am grateful for that. So here is how the two girls compare at 6 months.



Lexie weighed 14 lbs and measured 26 in.

Preslie weighed 15 lbs 6 oz. and measured 27 in.

Preslie's First REAL Meal

I decided it was time to introduce some baby food to Miss Preslie. I can't say she was too impressed. I know if she's anything like her Mom she'll catch on to eating thing in a HURRY!

HAPPY HAPPY EASTER!

This was our Easter morning, NOT what I had expected!!! I was sooo excited for Easter this year. I knew that the Easter Bunny was going to buy Lexie a Barbie bike and I thought she would just LOVE IT! Lexie and I had talked about what she wanted and her eyes always sparkled when we talked about the chance that she could get a bike from the aster bunny. Ryan once again took off with my brothers for the Jeep Safari in Moab. It was just us girls, so we stayed the night at Grandpa Nielsen's house so we could decorate eggs and be on time for the BIG Easter egg hunt. Lexie did get excited about her bike. I only wish she would learn how to ride it!
