That's right it finally happened we found Mattie a new home. It was a sad night for me. Tears where shed and I awoke with red, puffy eyes. When I found out that Ryan and I were finally going to have a baby I began to worry about Mattie and how she would fit in to our family. She had been my baby for six years. I had spoiled her rotten and I knew that she would have a difficult time with a little one. She did better then I would have imagined but still there was that fear that she would bite Lexie. She was always growling at Lexie. One day in frustration I had Ryan put a small ad in the INL trading post. I didn't really think that we would find a home. We did in two weeks time. I think we found a good match, someone who will lover her as much as we did. It is my deepest hope that Mattie will love her new home. I know in the long run, that is was the best thing for both of us. With my job, Lexie, and everything else Mattie just wasn't getting the attention that she needed or deserved. Good Luck Miss Mattie, you will be missed.

Oh, how sad! It's seriously so hard to have to lose a pet. I sincerely hope your little dog is happy in her new home!!
We can blame it all on Dylan.... he ruined poor Maddie for life with kids...How sad :(
